Apple Lavender Pie
This is a fun, easy pie to do with a friend or family member. Or make it yourself, and have a fancy dessert. It is especially quick if you have an apple peeler/corer!

Pie filling
  1. Peel and core apples and process in food processer to desired apple size.
  2. Toss apples in large bowl with remaining pie filling ingredients and fill pie crust.
  3. Sprinkle streusel topping evenly.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 15 minutes. When the crust is golden, and there is a hint of bubbling in the filling, the pie is done. Make with love, share, and enjoy!
Streusel topping
  1. In medium bowl, mix dry ingredients.
  2. Mix in diced butter with fork or electric mixer.
Recipe Notes

My children prefer smaller chunks of apples.  Delicious topped with vanilla ice-cream and Carmel!
